1. Trip to Armenia Competition Terms and Conditions
This Trip to Armenia Competition (hereinafter – the “Competition”) is organized by CJSC ECOS-M, a company incorporated under the laws of Armenia, with the legal address: 26/1, V. Sargsyan Str., Kentron 0010, Yerevan, Armenia (hereinafter – “ECOS-M”) which commences on 12 July 2023 and ends on 12 December 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Competition Period”).
2. The Competition Period is divided into 6 Contest Months as shown below. All entries received before or after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
First month: July 17, 2023 – July 31, 2023;
Second month: August 01, 2023 – August 31, 2023;
Third month: September 01, 2023 – September 30, 2023;
Forth month: October 01, 2023 – October 31, 2023;
Fifth month: November 01, 2023 – November 30, 2023.
Sixth month: December 01, 2023 – December 31, 2023
ECOS-M reserves the right to cancel the Competition before the beginning of each Contest Month.
3. By participating in this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).
4. Competition eligibility:
a. This Competition is open to all ECOS-M Cloud Services Customers who hold a personal account at ecos.am (Corporate account not included).
b. ECOS-M employees, agencies, vendors, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Competition.
c. ECOS-M reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
d. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Competition.
5. Competition Mechanics:
a. To participate in this Competition, you are required to spend a minimum of USD 50 000 (Fifty thousand United States dollars) for any ECOS products available at the website ecos.am or in ECOS app (IOS, Android).
b. The Customer with the highest overall spending from their personal account at ecos.am by the conclusion of the respective contest month will be recognized as the Winner and awarded the Reward.
c. The following transactions shall NOT be included for the purposes of this Campaign:
i. Transactions that are subsequently canceled and refunded; and
ii. Disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent purchase transactions
d. ECOS-M reserves the right to change any winning criteria and participating ECOS products at any time. Any such change will be published on our website.
6. The Reward for the Winner of the Competition is a trip to Armenia paid by ECOS-M or the third party designated by ECOS-M. A trip to Armenia includes the following:
a. A round-trip flight to Yerevan*
b. A guided tour of Yerevan and its surrounding areas.
c. One night in a hotel in Yerevan.
d. Trip to Hrazdan and a guided visit to ECOS Data Center.
7. ECOS-M reserves the right to select any third-party providers necessary for providing the Reward to the Winner and will not be held responsible if a flight from your location is not feasible or exceeds the limitations established in provision 6 of this T&Cs.
8. Any expenses associated with the Reward that are not explicitly covered in provision 6 of this T&Cs will be the responsibility of the Winner.
9. The Winner will not receive any form of compensation if the Reward cannot be provided due to any unforeseen circumstances.
10. The Winner is solely responsible for any taxes that may be applicable as a result of receiving the Reward, should any arise. ECOS-M does not undertake the responsibility of collecting such taxes on the Winner's behalf.
11. All matters not covered by these terms shall be regulated by the ECOS-M Cloud Services Terms of Use available at https://ecos.am/en/info/terms_of_use. Any terms that aren't explicitly defined within these T&Cs hold the same definitions as those presented in the ECOS-M Cloud Services Terms of Use.
12. Any questions, comments, requests, or complaints concerning this T&Cs and other materials from the ECOS website shall be directed to our legal help desk – legal@ecos.am.
*The maximum cost for a round-trip plane ticket is USD 1000 (One thousand United States dollars) in total.
